Cappadocia is one of the destinations in Turkey that you can easily visit with frequent flight options. There are two main airports in Cappadocia: Kapadokya Airports (NAV) and Kayseri (ASR). Kayseri airport is about 80km (45 miles) from our hotel with about 1 hour driving and there are many flights from / to Istanbul that you can choose from. Kapadokya Airport is even closer (50km- 30 miles) and it takes about 40 minutes to get to our hotel.

We can arrange both regular and private transfers from / to the airports for all the domestic flights. All the transfers are operated with Mercedes Vito or Sprinter and Volkswagen Crafter vans that offer comfortable driving.

How can i book the transfer service ?

Please send us an email (to info@villagecavehouse.com) with your transfer request (direct or public), flight number and number of people coming.We will book your transfer and inform you with email.

Please note that you should book your airport transfers before you arrive at the airports. It is not possible to book the transfer after arrival to the airports.

How do I meet with the shuttle driver?

It is very easy to meet with the shuttle driver. On your arrival to the airport he awaits you at the exit gate, holding a board where your name is written. Once you are outside please search your name and meet with the driver. The shuttle departs from airport when every awaited passangers are in the van.

How much is it?

Nevsehir airport shuttle transfer is 50 Turkish Lira per person, one way. Kayseri airport shuttle transfer is 50 Turkish Lira per person, one way.

Who do I pay?

Payment is made in the bus to the driver or on arrival to the hotel. Don’t worry if you don’t have Turkish Lira with you, payment may also be done later at the check out in the hotel.

Taxi

A taxi would cost about 450 TL from Nevsehir airport and 500 TL from Kayseri airport. Private airport transfer could be arranged for 400 TL from Nevsehir and 450 TL from Kayseri airport. (This prices is for up to 10 people.)
